Individual membership costs just £180 a year (including VAT).

Creative Life Story Work is led by Blue Cabin, a charity which works to improve outcomes for care-experienced children and young people. Your membership helps to fund the Creative Life Story Work programme, helping more children and young people to understand their past and move forward to a better future.
Your membership will last for one year from the date it’s purchased. We’ll let you know when it’s due to expire by sending you an email seven days before the expiration date.
No, your membership doesn’t automatically renew but we will email you to let you know when it’s due to expire and how you can renew it if you’d like to.
When you buy your membership we’ll email you your login details for the Creative Life Story Work website. You can then log in by clicking on ‘Account Login’ at the top right hand side of the website and entering your login details. You’ll then be able to access all of the resources on the website, including content that is marked ‘Members content’.
We publish details of forthcoming Live Classrooms on the website, in the Training section. New Live Classrooms are added several times a year. To book your place in a Live Classroom, first log in to the website by clicking ‘Account Login’ in the top right corner. Then click on the event page and scroll down to where it says ‘Book tickets’. Select the number of tickets you want to book (you will only be able to book one free ticket per person as part of your membership) and select ‘Get tickets’ to complete the transaction. Your discount will automatically be applied if you are logged into the website.
They take place online, via Zoom. We will send you joining instructions before each Live Classroom and you can find helpful information on using Zoom here.
Once you’ve used your allocation of 12 Live Classrooms, you will get 50% off any additional Live Classrooms you book during your year’s membership. The 50% discount will be automatically applied when you book via the website, as long as you are logged in to the website when you book.
Log into the Creative Life Story Work website (see instructions above) and then you will be able to access all the resources on the site, including those which are for members only.
When you buy a Creative Life Story Work membership you’ll be able to access all the resources on the site including toolkits on topics including working with children who have experienced domestic abuse, activities you can use with children and young people and videos of training sessions.

Creative Life Story Work members can access a list of Therapeutic Life Story Work Hub Leads who can connect you with a qualified Therapeutic Life Story Worker in your region. You can access the list of Hub Leads here.
Your individual membership is for the named person only.
We accept online payments via credit card or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We process payments using Stripe, a secure payment system which is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
We can also accept payment via BACS when required – if you would like us to raise an invoice for your membership purchase, please email us on creativelifestorywork@wearebluecabin.com and Freya will arrange this for you.
