As a foster carer, my role is to support and empower young people in all aspects of their life by aiding them to understand their life history and experiences.
An opportunity arose to participate in the Creative Life Story Work sessions at Bensham Grove. During the sessions the young person and myself participated in weekly sessions over a six-week period and we both found these sessions to be relaxing and therapeutic.
